Main Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and monitor the risks to which the bank is exposed (credit, operational, financial, market, liquidity, and compliance risks).
• Develop and regularly update the risk mapping and oversee the implementation of necessary mitigation measures.
• Ensure effective implementation of risk management policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and international best practices.
• Conduct prospective analyses and produce regular reports on the bank's evolving risk profile.
• Advise and assist senior management and operational departments in making strategic risk-related decisions.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to the Risk Committee and senior management.

Desired Profile:

•  University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Audit, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a similar role within a banking or financial institution.
• Good knowledge of international risk management practices and local regulations (Central Bank of Congo - BCC).
•  Strong analytical skills, rigor, proactivity, and integrity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in French required; knowledge of English is desirable.
