Position Title: Senior IT Officer
Location: Kinshasa
Contract Type: Permanent Contract (CDI)

Reporting Line: IT Department / Digitalization Department

Main Mission

The Senior IT Officer is responsible for managing, securing, and developing the bank’s IT infrastructure and critical applications, while ensuring IT service continuity and providing advanced user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the operation and maintenance of IT systems

• Supervise network infrastructure, servers, and databases

• Manage IT security and user access controls

• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of IT and digital projects

• Provide advanced technical support (Level 2 / Level 3)

• Coordinate with IT service providers and vendors

• Contribute to the drafting and updating of IT procedures

• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices

• Contribute to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans (BCP/DRP)

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a structured IT environment (banking, telecom, large organization)

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networks, and IT security

• Good understanding of banking systems or other critical applications

• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Assets

• Experience in banking or fintech

• Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS)

• Experience in digital transformation or payment systems projects
